Special Classes December:   Trim the Tree
Trim the Tree? Yes, this means you. The holidays can be a lot of fun, a lot of laughter, and quite  frankly, a lot of food. So, even though we are all sandwiched between holidays, we don't have to  look and feel like a bag of stuffing.

Ho Ho Hatha: 6pm-7pm
Deep Stretch/Restorative: 7:15pm-8:15pm

Take one class or take them back to back. The first class will be an hour long Hatha Yoga  sequence designed to challenge and inspire you, Then follow it up with an hour long Deep  Stretch and Restorative Session to help distribute energy evenly through the body; clearing  channels and detoxifying the system.

Cost Per Individual Class: $10 / For Back to Back $18
Prepay Required as Registration for class.
